Baby Corn Capcicum Fried Rice





Here I am going to share new recipe with you that is baby corn fried rice. I tried this in chinese style with some changes.Every time I made fried rice with simple masala but I tried it with soya sauce.Due to soya sauce fried rice gives something new taste.You are very careful while using red chilli paste. You can use it according to your taste. You can also use green chilli paste instead of it. I like it very much .Hope you like it too..... Have a nice recipe.....
 

Ingredients:
 
Baby Corn slices -1 cup
Capsicum slices-1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Cooked Basmati Rice-3 cups
Red chilli paste or green chilli paste -1 tbsp
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Coriander (chopped)-2 tbsp
Ghee-4 tbsp
Salt to taste







Method of preparation:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 minute and add red chilly paste saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add baby corn slices saute for 3-4 minutes, and add capsicum slices saute for 3 minutes. Cover and cook on medium flame until vegetables turns into soft.
  3. Add soya sauce and salt, mix well.
  4. Add boiled basmati rice and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix well.
  6. Serve it hot with any Raitha.Have it and enjoy ......
