Dal Tikki


Ingredients:
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Tuar dal - 1/2 cup
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions - 1/4 cup
Green chilli slices - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (Chopped) -  2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:
  1. Soak all dals in water for 1 hour.Grind them in mixer as a fine paste.
  2. Add onions, chillies,jeera,coriander leaves and salt to the dal paste.Mix them well.
  3. Add rice flour to the paste and mix properly.
  4. With oiled hands, divide the dal paste into equal portions, roll them into balls and then flatten them into Tikki shapes. 
  5. Heat oil in a pan,fry the tikkis both the sides well.s.
  6. Hot and tasty dal tikki is ready to eat with any spicy chutney.
