Stuffed Paneer Green Chilly


 
Ingredients:
Green Chilli (long) – 4
Grated Paneer – ½ cup
Grated Carrot – ¼ cup
Jeera – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Jeera-Dhania powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Take Clean and green long chilly and slit the chilly length wise. Take seeds out from the chilly put in to boiling water for 3 minutes.
2.  Take them out from water and wrap them with cloth and dry them for 2 minutes.
3.   Heat oil, add Jeera and grated carrot saute for 2 minutes.
4.   Add turmeric, garam masala powder, dhania-jeera powder and salt saute for a minute.
5.   Finally add grated paneer and saute for 2minutes. Let it cool for some time.
6.   Fill chilly with the paneer mixture properly.
7.   Heat pan, keep chillis on pan and sprinkle oil over the chillis, fry them on both sides carefully.
8.   Serve it hot with plain rice.
