Soya Meal Maker Gravy Curry





Ingredients:

Soya chunks - 1¼ cup
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 3 (finely chopped)
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - few
Water - 2 cups

Grind and make a paste of:

Coconut - 1/2 cup 
Dry Roasted pea nuts – ¼ cup
Green chilli - 1 

Coriander seeds- 1tsp
Fennel seeds (perunjeeragam) - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 1
Ginger - 1 small peice
Garlic - 4 cloves 


 
Method of preparation:

  1. Soak Soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then wash it in cold water and drain excess water from soya.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add Onion and Tomato one by one and fry it well.
  3. Add Soya and fry it for a minute, then add the ground paste and fry till the raw smell goes.
  4. Add 2 cups of water and salt to it, allow this to boil.
  5. Then add Coriander leaves and remove from heat.
  6. Yummy and spicy curry is ready to eat with any flavored rice.
  7. Here my rice presentation is Rice sack with besan dosa.
  8. Take bowl add besan, salt and water to get dosa batter consistency.
  9. Heat dosa pan apply oil and spread dosa batter into round and very thin layer.
  10. Roast it both sides well. It should be soft only.
  11. Take dosa in bowl put rice on dosa and close the dosa carefully and demould the rice sack on plate carefully.
  12. If you use Egg you can make omelet instead of besan dosa.
