Today I am sharing a new recipe with you. I tried differently stuffed capsicum with gram flour (besan). This is very easy and tasty too. This is a low calorie food,  definitely every one can eat it. Here I used besan for stuffing. Combination of capsicum and gram flour is good to eat.            I hope you like this……

Ingredients:
Capsicum – 3
Gram flour – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Asafetida – 1 pinch
Ginger-green chilli paste – 2 tsp
Onions (chopped) - 1
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Curry leaves –few
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

1.  Take gram flour (besan) in bowl and add required water to make pokada batter like thick batter. It should be thick.
2.   Add salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida and Ginger-green chilli paste and mix well.
3.   Grease the flat bowl with oil and pour this batter in idly moulds or any flat bowl and steam it until it turns in to soft like idly.
4.   Demould the idly and let it cool for some time. Grind the besan idly into coarse powder. Keep it aside.
5.   Heat some oil in a pan. Pop the mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves.
6.   Add onions and sauté until it turns into soft.
7.   Add besan powder and salt and fry it well. Stuff is ready to make stuffed capsicum.
8.   With a sharp knife cut the stem of the capsicum and take out seeds from the top gently and fill the stuffing in it.
9.   Now take some oil in a pan and fry the stuffed capsicums on all three sides carefully. Don’t leave them.
10. You can use two ladles to turn the capsicum carefully.
11.  Hot and tasty stuffed capsicum is ready to eat with rice.
