Hi,
This is Padma from Nagpur. I’m married to a fabulous person Sai Kishore. He is very encouraging and supporting in all. I am very much interested in cooking. I always  prefer to make tasty, healthy and easy recipes. Tasty & Healthy with simple ingredients. Easy with simple methods. I am very curious to try different recipes with respect to low calorie and healthy food. I never prefer to make deep fried food because it contains saturated fats and trans-fats which contribute to the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Another reason to avoid deep fried food is that it is high in calories, and can lead to weight gain if eaten regularly. So, to stay healthy, stick to food that is prepared using healthy cooking methods. I like steam cooking, baking and pan frying methods. I am always trying to prepare recipes on these cooking methods. My husband always appreciates me whatever I make food in healthy cooking style. I collect recipes from food magazines, television and different blogs. Mostly I try myself to get new recipes.I love carving and food presentation. I am always trying fruit and vegetable carving in free time from internet.Most of the times I present the food in different styles to my husband.Every time he encourages and appreciates me. Here you will find both North & South Indian vegetarian recipes. I am very happy to share my recipes through this site to much wonderful persons.I hope that these recipes are very helpful to people who want to lose their overweight and be healthy.
