Today my recipe is very yummy and instant energy milk shake dates banana milk shake (DBMS). This milk shake is very tummy filling and refreshing juice. This is very ideal juice in summer mainly to avoid dehydration and hangovers etc. Bananas consist mainly of sugars (glucose, fructose and sucrose) and fiber, which makes them ideal for an immediate and slightly prolonged source of energy. Dates
are high in iron content and fluorine. Dates are rich source of vitamins and
minerals. Consuming dates regularly can
help to lower cholesterol and keep many health disorders away. Due to more nutritional values in both bananas and dates so every one can drink it and get more energy. Both banana and dates are naturally sweet fruits so no need to add sugar or honey in this milk shake. I hope you follow my recipe.... - Ingredients:
- Bananas -2
- Dates - 10
- Milk - 1 cup
- Dry fruits - 1tbsp
- Method of preparation:
- Peel bananas and cut into slices and remove seeds from dates and cut into small pieces and keep it aside.
- Take mixer jar /blender add bananas, dates and milk and blend them well.
- Add finely chopped dry fruits and mix well and pour into serving glasses and keep them in refrigerator.
- Now yummy and cool dates banana milk shake is ready to drink.
