Strawberry Milk Shake (SMS)



Today My recipe is summer special  Strawberry Milk Shake (SMS). Now a days Strawberries are available easily in market. Strawberries are looking so cute and red in color. Strawberries are a popular fruit high in vitamins, antioxidants and other important nutrients. This versatile red fruit can be enjoyed alone or as part of meals, salads or desserts. Strawberries are using as flavoring agent in many dishes like desserts, ice creams etc. I made strawberry milk shake. It was good to drink with nice odour. In this i used strawberry, milk and few drops honey. We can avoid honey for elders who are suffering from diabetes. I am giving some information about strawberry(Google). Ingredients:
Strawberries - 8 to 10
Milk -1/2 cup
Honey - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
  1. Take mixer jar add strawberries, milk and blend them in food processor or blender, you can add little water /milk to get liquid consistency.
  2. Add honey to the strawberry juice and mix well. Keep it in refrigerator for some time.
  3. Now yummy and healthy strawberry milk shake is ready to drink.
