Sweet Corn Tikki


Today my recipe is sweet corn tikki. I like to eat sweet corn very much. This tikki is a ideal snack for evening time. Now sweet corn is frequently available in any where so every one  can try it. This is very easy to make.I hope you like it... Keep trying healthy recipes....

Ingredients:
Boiled sweet corn - 1 cup
Chopped onions 1/4 cup
Besan - 1 tbsp
Ginger slices - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli pieces - 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 tbsp
Daniya- jeera powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala powder - 1 tsp
Finely chopped Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking


Method of preparation:
  1. If you don’t have bread crumbs, Just chop about 7 bread into a grinder. Grind until fine particles are formed. Don’t add water while grinding. Keep this bread crumbs aside.
  2. Mash the boiled sweet corn and keep it aside.
  3.  Take a bowl add corn paste and add all the mentioned ingredients one by one and mix well. 
  4.  Combine all of them with your hand. Shape them into small balls. Rub some oil in your hand the batter won’t stick to your fingers. Flatten these corn balls shaping into a patties or tikki.
  5. Heat some oil  in a pan and place all patties carefully and fry them both sides until it turns into brown color.
  6. Now hot and yummy tikki is ready to eat with any chutney or sauce.
