Ingredients:
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Tuar dal - 1/2 cup
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions - 1/4 cup
Green chilli slices - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Soak all dals in water for 1 hour.Grind them in mixer as a fine paste.
- Add onions, chillies,jeera,coriander leaves and salt to the dal paste.Mix them well.
- Add rice flour to the paste and mix properly.
- With oiled hands, divide the dal paste into equal portions, roll them into balls and then flatten them into Tikki shapes.
- Heat oil in a pan,fry the tikkis both the sides well.s.
- Hot and tasty dal tikki is ready to eat with any spicy chutney.
