Ingredients:
Soya
beans – 1 cup
Bengal
gram – 1 cup
Green
chilli – 2
Ginger
slices – 2 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Coriander
(chopped) – 2 tbsp
Method
of preparation:
1.
Rinse
and soak
soya beans and Bengal gram in
water separately for 6to8 hours.
2.
Grind soya
beans and Bengal gram along with ginger & chilly in wet grinder till it is smooth like normal idly
batter. Add salt to the batter and mix well.
3.
We
can make idly instantly. Don’t over ferment the batter.
4.
Put
the batter on idly tray and steam the idly for 6 to 8 minutes.
5. Serve tasty& healthy idly along
with ghee and coconut chutney.
