Ingredients:
Barley - 1 cup
Boiled Rice - 1/2 cup
Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tbsp.
Salt - to taste

Method of preparation:
- Rinse and soak barley, rice& urad dal in water for 6to8 hrs.
- First grind urad dal till it is smooth, then add rice and barley to make idly batter with dropping consistency like normal idly batter.
- It is better to ferment the batter for 4hrs, otherwise we can also make idly instantly.
- Put the batter on idly tray and steam the idlis for 10 to 15 mints.
- Serve tasty& healthy idlis with nice chutney.
