Boiled rice – 1 Cup
Urad dal-1 cup
Suji - 2 tbsp
Salt– to tasteMethod of preparation:
- Rinse and soak barley, rice, urad dal & fenugreek seeds in water for 5 to 6 hrs.
- Grind the soaked barley mix in wet grinder, add some water to make batter with dropping consistency like normal dosa batter. Add salt to batter. Ferment the batter for 6 hrs.
- Put dosa pan on stove heat it once, spread the oil on the pan and spread the batter on the pan in round form like normal dosa, roast the dosa carefully. Yummy yummy barley dosa is ready to eat.
- Serve it with any chutney.
