Barley Roti


           


Ingredients:
 
Barley powder -1 cup
Whole wheat flour-1 cup
Ajwain-1 tbsp
Salt -to taste
 
Method of preparation:

1. Fry the barley seeds without oil until it gets light brown colour and then make a fine powder.

2. Mix both flours together well.

3. Add ajwain, salt & sufficient water to make dough.

4. Divide the dough into smaller portions.

5. Take each part and make a ball and roll out each one with rolling pin to make roti.

6. Heat the pan; place the roti on it and brushing with oil on both sides roast it well.

7. Serve hot with plain curd or any curry of choice.
