Oats Porridge



Ingredients:

Oats – 1 cup
Milk – 2 ½ cups
Jaggery to taste
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Dry fruits – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:
  1.  Heat a pan, add milk, when it comes to rolling boil, and add oats stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  2.   Add jaggery and mix well.
  3.  Finally add cardamom powder, dry fruits and ghee to it.
  4.  Cook it for a while and switch off the stove.
  5.   Yummy oats porridge is ready to eat.
  6.   It is better to take in breakfast every day.
